Piezoresistive Pressure Transducer

SS106 Series are the cheaper version for pressure ranges from 200kPa to 10MPa. They have a diameter of only 15mm without compromising quality and performance. The standard version is supplied with connection pins (External compensation is optional)

A high sensitivity piezoresistive silicon chip is used for detection of the pressure. This chip is protected against environmental influences by a sealed stainless steel casing with a concentrically corrugated membrane. The housing is filled with silicone oil to the transmission of the pressure from the membrane to the sensitive part.
