Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor

SS100 Series are with isolated construction and precise compensation.

It uses high stable silicon die, housing with outer diameter Ф19mm 316L stainless steel housing. The housing is filled with silicone oil so as to ensure the transfer of the pressure from the diaphragm to the sensing component.
