OEM Pressure Sensor

SS102 Series are with isolated construction and precise compensation. 

It uses high stable silicon die, housing with outer diameter Ф19mm 316L stainless steel housing. The housing is filled with silicone oil so as to ensure the transfer of the pressure from the diaphragm to the sensing component.
 
Several millions of these pressure transducers are in use world-wide in a variety of different applications. Main fields of application are: Level technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, avionics.
• Diameter Ø13mm

  SS108 Series cover a range of pressures from 400kPa to 100MPa, have a diameter of only 13mm, these transducers are made of a high sensitivity silicon chip . This chip is protected by a stainless steel body and a concentric corrugated membrane from environmental influences . The housing is filled with silicone oil so as to ensure perfect transfer of the pressure from the diaphragm to the sensor. All metal parts in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel 316L. The sealing of the housing is completely sealed vacuum.   Millions of units are in operation worldwide in many applications. The main fields of application are: level measurements, pneumatic, hydraulic, aerospace, etc.

  SS105 Series are the cheaper version for pressure ranges from 200kPa to 10MPa. They have a diameter of only  14mm without compromising quality and performance. The standard version is supplied with connection pins  (External compensation is optional) A high sensitivity piezoresistive silicon chip is used for detection of the pressure. This chip is protected against  environmental influences by a sealed stainless steel casing with a concentrically corrugated membrane.  The housing is filled with silicone oil to the transmission of the pressure from the membrane to the sensitive part. Typical Applications: Measurement of altitude, aviation electronics, meteorology, servo, robotic, hydraulic, sanitary  and pharmaceutical engineering, underground mining,engineering injection ...
