OEM Piezoresistive Capsule

SS104 Series are the cheaper version for pressure ranges from 600kPa to 10MPa. They have only 5.0mm height without compromising quality and performance. The standard version is supplied with connection pins (External compensation is optional)

A high sensitivity piezoresistive silicon chip is used for detection of the pressure. This chip is protected against environmental influences by a sealed stainless steel casing with a concentrically corrugated membrane. The housing is filled with silicone oil to the transmission of the pressure from the membrane to the sensitive part.
