Flush pressure transducer

SS115 Series are a small profile, media compatible, piezoresitive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. It is designed for O-ring mounting where the diaphragm must not be shrouded by weld ring or fitting. The sensing package utilizes silicone oil to transfer pressure from the 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. 


With all the stainless steel pressure transducer diaphragm open is for sanitary purposes such as monitoring of the food, the brewing, medicine and production processes of the dairy, available pressure ranges spanning from 0 psig up to 15000 psig.
 
The unitized stainless steel design, with a thin diaphragm and heavy sidewalls constructed, makes these sensors very rugged, yet thin enough to measure low pressures.
